    Suitable for All Levels!

    Meditation & Breathwork to release stress and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

    Long Stretch Holds to improve flexibility, release tension & improve interoception.

    Small classes of 2-6 people.

  • MMA

    Suitable for Beginners & All levels!

    Classes will include:

    1. Pad Work

    2. Partner Drills

    3. Bag Work

    We will teach you the most effective moves from a wide variety of grappling & striking techniques in the sport which incorporates all martial arts.

    Small Classes of 2-6 people.

  • Private Class

    Can be split between 1-4 people and focus on any area of MMA:

    1. Boxing

    2. Self Defence

    3. Wrestling

    4. Ground & Pound

    5. Muay Thai
